Our Mission
The Forest High School Community will prepare students to be responsible citizens of the twenty-first century work force.
Course Offerings
The following pages contain descriptions of course offering for Forest High School students. The number and type of elective courses (those courses that are not required) offered each year may vary due to the number of students desiring the courses as well as the availability of teachers to teach the courses.
Although every effort will be made to schedule students into the courses they request, it is not always possible to schedule students into their first preference of elective courses.
Additionally, to facilitate scheduling, two semester courses may be paired together in order to schedule students for a full year.
No student will be prevented from selecting any course on the basis of sex, race, religion, or national origin.
Some courses do require prerequisites and/or teacher approval.
Forest High School currently offers courses in each of the following areas:
- English
- Social Studies
- Mathematics
- Science
- Career & Technical Education
- Air Force JROTC
- Foreign Languages
- Fine Arts
- Physical Education
- Driver's Education
